Everything is nicer if you know where to look

Lofoten Lightscape is a small local business dedicated to people who wants to explore Lofoten with the eyes of a foreign who decided to embrace the Norwegian life style and culture.

About us

My name is Ciro, I’m originally from Italy and I’ve been living in Norway for the past seven years. My professional journey has always been rooted in hospitality, working in luxury restaurants and hotels since 2011. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a truly memorable experience: attention to detail, genuine connection, and the ability to make people feel comfortable in any environment.

At the same time, photography has always been a constant passion in my life. Since 2019, I’ve dedicated myself fully to developing this craft—studying, practicing, and learning from other photographers through workshops and hands-on experience in the field. Living in Norway, and especially in the Lofoten Islands, has given me the opportunity to explore and capture some of the most unique and dramatic landscapes in the world.

Lofoten Lightscape was created to bring these two worlds together. My goal is not only to guide people through these incredible places, but to offer a complete and personal experience—where guests feel supported, inspired, and connected to the environment around them.

Whether it’s chasing the Northern Lights, exploring hidden locations, or improving photography skills, I aim to share both my local knowledge and my experience to help others create something meaningful during their time in Lofoten.
